Gianluca Bullitta

Dr. Gianluca Bullitta is an orthopedic surgeon at IRCCS Policlinico San Donato.

After graduating in Medicine and Surgery from Sapienza University of Rome in 2010, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the same university in 2016.

During his training, he completed a fellowship at Hôpital Privé La Châtaigneraie (ELSAN Group) in Clermont-Ferrand, France, where he further developed his expertise in shoulder surgery, microsurgery, and hand surgery.

From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a freelance physician at Aurelia Hospital in Rome. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2019, he served as Medical Officer at Spaziani Hospital in Frosinone, and from 2019 to 2025 at CTO “A. Alesini” Hospital in Rome.

His main areas of expertise include:

• shoulder and elbow surgery;
• minimally invasive hip surgery;
• joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery.

He actively participates in national and international scientific congresses.
