Dr. Maria Rita Sabbatucci is a cardiologist and Head of the Cardiology Service at Villa Chiara in Bologna.
She graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1991 from the University of Bologna and, in 1995, obtained her specialization in Cardiology at the same university.
During her university and specialization training, she attended the Echocardiography outpatient clinic of the University Clinic at S. Orsola Hospital in Bologna, combining outpatient activity with ward activity, including participation in on-call shifts and work in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.
Her clinical activity is mainly focused on echocardiography, with particular attention to non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics and instrumental evaluation of the main cardiac diseases.
She regularly participates in national and international congresses in the field.
