Roberta Cattani

Dr. Roberta Cattani is a psychologist and psychotherapist in the MAC Nutritional Rehabilitation Program of the Rehabilitation and Functional Re-education Unit at Policlinico San Pietro, as well as in the outpatient facilities of Istituti Ospedalieri Bergamaschi.

She graduated in Psychological Sciences and Techniques from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2010. In 2012, she completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Neuropsychology at the same institution.

In 2017, she specialized in Cognitive and Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at the four-year Specialization School of Cognitive Studies in Milan.

Additionally, Dr. Cattani is trained and certified in the first level of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for the treatment of psychological trauma.

Dr. Cattani continues her professional development by attending numerous courses and scientific updates related to Eating Disorders in adults and adolescents, and areas of adult psychological distress, with a particular focus on Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, and relational issues.
