Vito De Giuseppe

Dr. Vito De Giuseppe is an orthopedic trauma surgeon and a member of the C.R.O.M. team at IRCCS Galeazzi-Sant’Ambrogio Hospital in Milan.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2019. During his university studies, in 2015, he attended an advanced anatomy course at D'Youville College. In 2026, he completed his specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Insubria.
During his specialist training, which began in 2021, he worked at several hospitals in Lombardy, gaining experience in:
- Management of polytrauma patients;
- Major and minor trauma care;
- Emergency Department management;
- Outpatient clinical activity;
- Inpatient clinical management.
During the last 18 months of his specialist training, he focused particularly on minimally invasive hip replacement surgery through the Direct Anterior Approach (AMIS), minimally invasive and robotic knee replacement surgery, and sports traumatology.
His clinical activity is mainly focused on:
- Minimally invasive hip replacement surgery through the Direct Anterior Approach (AMIS);
- Knee replacement surgery using kinematic alignment and robotic surgery techniques.
He also has a particular interest in research in the fields of regenerative medicine and biomedical engineering.
