Dr. Alberto Betti is a member of the Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Unit at the Istituto Clinico San Rocco in Brescia.
In 1974, four years after graduating in Medicine and Surgery, he specialized in Radiology at the University of Pavia.
His area of expertise includes Vascular and Musculoskeletal Radiology, with over 20,000 arthrographic, arthro-MRI, and arthro-CT examinations performed. The Radiodiagnostics Unit at Istituto Clinico San Rocco, where he works, is renowned for its excellence in virtual colonoscopy.
Dr. Betti organizes educational events such as the Osteo-articular Radiology conference and advanced ECM courses for medical radiology technicians on Angio-CT and Angio-MRI. He is the author of 70 scientific publications and has contributed to numerous congress presentations both in Italy and abroad.
He frequently collaborates with prestigious institutions such as the Hôpital Necker in Paris and the IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele in Milan. In 1981, he received the National Luigi Pigorini Award for Thoracic Radiology from the Italian Society of Medical Radiology (SIRM).
