Biography
Dr. Arianna Casiraghi is a Gynecologist and Urogynecologist at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Unit of IRCCS Ospedale San Raffaele.
She graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 2016 from the University of Milan and, in 2023, completed her specialization in Gynecology and Obstetrics at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University.
She carries out obstetric and gynecological activity in the gynecology ward and delivery room. She has also developed specialized expertise in urogynecology and menopause medicine, fields in which she is involved in outpatient care, surgery, and scientific research.
Her main clinical areas of interest include:

pelvic floor reconstructive surgery

treatment of female urinary incontinence

diagnosis and management of genitourinary prolapse

treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions

management of recurrent urinary tract infections

diagnosis and treatment of genitourinary syndrome of menopause, with particular focus on advanced technologies such as CO₂ laser
Dr. Casiraghi also deals with the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of benign gynecological conditions, including:

She is a member of EUGA (European Urogynecological Association), SIUD (Italian Society of Urodynamics), and a board member of GLUP (Pelvic Floor Urogynecology Working Group).
She is author and co-author of scientific publications and book chapters and regularly participates in national and international congresses.
