Доктор Alberto Buffoli является руководителем службы онкологической радиотерапии в Istituto Clinico S.Anna в Брешии.

Он окончил медицинский факультет Падуанского университета, где также специализировался в области диагностической радиологии. В 1978 году он получил специализацию по онкологии в Университете Модены. Затем он прошёл стажировку в Christie Hospital and Holt Radium Institute в Уитингтоне, Манчестер, и в Department of Radiotherapy and Oncology Королевской больницы Марсдена в Саттоне.
